• You retain ownership of the content you provide to our platform.

4. LLM Processing

• Large Language Models (LLMs) process your data solely to fulfill your requests.
• Your data is not used to train or improve public LLM models.

5. Data Privacy

• Our collection and use of your data are described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can delete your data manually or request full deletion.

6. Service Availability

• We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that could harm our operations or other users.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
